1. Returns
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain products, such as custom orders or electronic items, may have specific conditions. Please refer to the product page for additional return information.
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After inspection, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
- If the return is due to reasons other than product defects or errors, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
2. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us at cs@otobello.com with details of the issue, and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
3. Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable, including:

- Opened or used car electronics and audio systems.
- Clearance or sale items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
